All purchases made on Preventive Medicine’s online shop are final and may not be returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and integrity of our products.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.
For lost shipments, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with locating your package or filing a claim.
